国际精英培优项目 项目背景
罗藤·国际精英培优项目本着“全球领袖导师 培养未来领袖”的教学理念，汇集全球顶尖学术教师和资深行业导师，凭借与时俱进的“乘法教学”和精专的教育资源，充分利用课余时间，从思维上引导学生学习习惯，提高学习效率，让课内学习与课后补习形成乘法效应，共同塑造培养未来领袖。
Based on the concept of ”Global mentors cultivate future leaders“, IETP project recruits top academic teachers and ability mentors around the world. With the concept of ”Multiplication Education“, LT Institute keeps pace with the times and the global education resources, and makes full use of the after-school learning time in order to open up the systematic learning of students and to realize the comprehensive development of interdisciplinary, thus jointly shapes and cultivates the top students in China.

罗藤学府·实践项目，由全球政治、经济、艺术、科研等各领域杰出导师亲自带队，进行高维度国际视野背景提升项目。面对面采访各个行业的风云人物，揭开行业神秘面纱，了解行业背后运营的奥秘。例如：加州政党主席模拟竞选、硅谷城市规划演练项目、白宫顾问世界演讲培训项目、英国皇家访问项目、欧盟模拟外交项目、福布斯榜商业展示项目、非洲贫困儿童公益图书馆建设项目等。实现“全球领袖导师，培养未来领袖”。
LT · Practice Project, led by outstanding mentors in global politics, economy, art, scientific research and other fields, carris out the high-dimensional international vision background improvement. Students can interdiv with people in various industries to uncover the mysterious veil and understand the operation of the industry. We offer various of projects, such as: Mock campaign project, Silicon Valley city planning project, White House speech training project, British royal visit project, European Union diplomacy project, Forbes business exhibition project, African public library construction project, etc. ”Global mentors cultivate future leaders".
白宫顾问演讲项目
由前美国前总统克林顿顾问给予学生演讲和竞选指导，最终登上TED论坛进行公众演讲;
福布斯青年企业家项目
福布斯排行榜的成功企业家为孩子授课培养其商业思维、商业技能以及企业管理经营能力;
英国皇家项目
英国皇家马术及礼仪课程，由英国皇家内务管家、英国女王及王子的私人秘书助理提供纯正皇室礼仪精修课程;
欧盟项目
国际法律议会、研究生学习项目、卢森堡学习营地等活动，让孩子亲临欧盟议会,与议员零距离交流，参与国际事务。
